OUR DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

Shane Kaptein

Shane has over 30 years’ experience in new and used equipment machinery. Working in a multitude of roles within the industry, he’s developed comprehensive knowledge of the global used equipment business — knowledge that can only be gained through lived-experience. His roles include eight years at a private global rental and used equipment company, and working on Caterpillar’s Global Remarketing Team where he was responsible for the acquisition and wholesale distribution of used equipment to Caterpillar dealers in South East Asia, China, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
